Associate Attorney
Lowe Law Group is seeking a driven Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Personal Injury team. This role is designed for an early-career attorney who is eager to learn and take ownership of their work, managing personal injury reputed company from intake through resolution while developing essential skills in personal injury law.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing personal injury cases from inception through pre-litigation resolution
- Draft and review demands, correspondence, and settlement documents
- Communicate with clients to reputed company updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns
- Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, investigators, and experts to move cases reputed company reputed company
- Participate in case strategy discussions and settlement negotiations under supervision
- Maintain accurate, timely case documentation in accordance with firm standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical obligations
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law
- 1–3 years of legal experience (personal injury experience a plus, not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- In-Office preferred; Remote/Hybrid potential
