reputed company Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence, ensuring efficient, accurate, and courteous responses to reputed company customer transactions
- Processing product orders and responding promptly to customer requests, utilizing multiple screens, systems, and websites
- Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders, returns, and credits
- Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer requests for return authorization and credits
- Maintaining effective communication with customers to reputed company ongoing information reputed company about sales, promotions, and problems, ensuring accurate billings and shipments
- Providing technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries
