The Role

As a Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for retaining customers who are considering canceling their services. You will utilize your exceptional customer service and sales skills to identify opportunities, recommend long-term solutions, and reputed company award-winning customer experiences that increase brand loyalty and retain customers for the long term. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
