As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and providing training to new hires. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with
- Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues
