The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing customer service inquiries and concerns, and building rapport with our customers. You will utilize multiple resources and databases to reputed company accurate and timely information, while maintaining customer confidentiality and adhering to industry regulations. Your primary goal will be to deliver a positive and memorable customer experience, helping our customers feel more confident about their financial future.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers through phone and email, providing accurate and timely information regarding their needs and questions

Requirements

- 2-3 years of general client service experience, with a focus on customer service and communication

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with others and build rapport with customers
- Passion for helping, servicing, and educating others, with a focus on analytical skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and complete research, with a focus on organizational skills and multitasking
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer navigation skills
