Start part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with the opportunity to increase to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your goals and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations

Create and manage individualized behavior reputed company plans

Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client reputed company

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals

Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

Stay reputed company with ABA research and best practices

Qualifications:

Tennessee LBA license (required)

BCBA certification (in good standing)

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused

Schedule:

Flexible daytime hours

Day shifts, Monday to Friday
