This individual will serve as a technical resource and client advisor, supporting both day-to-day compliance and higher-level planning, structuring, and controversy reputed company.This role is best suited for someone who can operate in a specialist reputed company, while also contributing to client relationships and practice growth.Key Responsibilities
Manage and review tax compliance for captive insurance companies and reputed company entities
reputed company technical guidance on IRC §831(b) and insurance-specific tax considerations
Advise clients on captive structuring, including risk distribution and risk shifting principles
Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships

reputed company multiple engagements, including planning, execution, and delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field
CPA license required

Senior Manager: 8–12+ years of public reputed company tax experience
Proven ability to manage client relationships and multiple engagements
Captive Insurance Experience is requiredCandidates should bring direct experience with captive insurance taxation or closely reputed company experience, including:
Tax compliance or planning for captive insurance companies (preferred)
Experience with §831(b) captives or micro-captive structures
Background in insurance tax, including P&C, reinsurance, or alternative risk arrangements
Understanding of risk distribution and risk shifting concepts
Experience supporting IRS audits or controversy involving captives or insurance entities
