Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Connect with individuals who have filled out a reputed company to see if they meet the criteria to potentially qualify for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage high volumes of connections.

  • reputed company with 40-50 callers a day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation.
  • Multitask while on calls, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company.
  • reputed company or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals.
  • Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately.
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position.
  • Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.
  • Self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT problems.

Requirements:

* Must reputed company in the reputed company or New Jersey.

  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free reputed company to work.
  • Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet).
  • Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ reputed company G432) (average price is $20-$30).
  • Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles.
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience.

* Total Compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+), including commissions and bonuses.

Hours of Operation:

* Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern. + Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.

  • Training Schedule will be Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
