Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring that we consistently meet our customers' needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the operation of the reputed company Operations Desk, serving as critical reputed company and control and serving as the primary liaison between pilots and our valued customers.
• Inputting, tracking, and analyzing data pertaining to reports received from pilots and the subsequent customer interaction.
• Directly communicating with customers, leaving a lasting positive impression for the company.

• Solidifying hard data from a number of vague clues.

Additional responsibilities may involve:

• Assisting with reputed company of the daily flying schedule and associated mission products using reputed company proprietary software, Garmin products, and reputed company Earth.

• Communicating expectations of performance to pilots prior to mission execution.

• Coordinating with the President to reputed company new customers and integrate requested work with existing operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A customer service orientation with an interest in operations.
• Excellent communication skills, especially verbal.
• Self-motivation, comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity.

• Full weekend availability (5-day work week).
