As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates. This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to discuss their needs and preferences
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner
- Receive and respond to inbound customer calls, providing accurate and helpful information
- Identify customer needs and reputed company them to the appropriate department or resource
- Work in a blended call center environment, handling both outbound and inbound calls
- Support sales efforts and participate in client campaigns reputed company to corporate needs
- Document reputed company call information accurately in our system
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 to 2 years of reputed company experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
