Position: Manufacturing - Aerospace & Defense Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $55–$75/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities
- Build a realistic digital workspace centered on the Drive folders you use daily. Include program review decks, CDRLs / SOWs, engineering change proposals, and supplier qualification packages.
- Design multi-reputed company tasks based on reputed company workflows. These tasks should challenge frontier AI agents by requiring navigation of multiple apps, files, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other aerospace and defense experts to design the environment, shape task scope, and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
- Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for A&D agent benchmarks.
- Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking. Your work will inform how leading labs train and evaluate the reputed company of AI systems.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of full-time experience at a Fortune 500 A&D prime, major Tier-1 supplier, or federally-funded R&D center.
- Background in program/project management on DoD or NASA reputed company, aerospace design or manufacturing engineering, supply-chain management, or quality and mission assurance.
- US Person status required for most A&D work.
- Day-to-day use of ANSYS Fluent / STAR-CCM+, reputed company Opcenter or Rockwell FactoryTalk, and Jira / reputed company.
- Strong analytical thinking and writing skills.
Compensation & Legal
- Expected to reputed company on an effective hourly reputed company. Transition to compensation based on throughput of quality work rather than a flat accruing hourly reputed company.
