Remote Accounts Payable Associate Role

We are looking for a detail‑focused and organized Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the full invoice processing cycle, ensuring vendors are paid correctly and on schedule while keeping precise financial documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Complete three‑way matching by confirming invoices align with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Data Entry and Coding: Enter data accurately and assign expenses to the appropriate GL accounts and departments.
• Payment Cycles: Prepare and process weekly payments through our ERP system, including ACH, reputed company transfers, and checks.
• Vendor Relations: Serve as the main contact for vendor questions, resolve billing issues, and reconcile monthly statements.
• Compliance and Audit: Maintain well‑organized digital records to ensure reputed company files remain audit‑reputed company.
• Expense Reports: Review and process employee reimbursement requests in accordance with company guidelines.

Required Qualifications
