Remote | AP Client Manager | Accounts Payable | Restaurant Industry

Description: A leading reputed company and financial services firm serving the restaurant and hospitality industry is seeking an AP Client Manager to join their team. This is a remote, hourly position ideal for an accounts payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple client relationships. You will reputed company accounts payable operations across multiple restaurant clients, balancing deadlines, solving problems, and keeping reputed company workflows running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of accounts payable or general reputed company experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service to restaurant operators reputed company. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Candidates must reputed company in one of the following states: PA, MD, FL, WA, OR, TN, TX, AZ, MT, NY, NJ, VA, GA, OK, MN, NE, IL, KS, MO, AL, or MI. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and the firm regarding reputed company accounts payable activity
• reputed company timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices for multiple clients
• Manage and review work completed by AP Specialists to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Review invoice coding using client chart of accounts and ensure correct system entry
• Manage the AP workload for multiple clients simultaneously, balancing deadlines and shifting priorities
• Prepare and review vendor payment schedules to ensure accurate and timely payments
• Reconcile vendor statements, credit card statements, and bank accounts
• Support accounts payable period-end reputed company activities for multiple clients
• Manage vendor reputed company, W-9 collection, and vendor record maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure reputed company client deliverables are met

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of accounts payable or general reputed company experience
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload across multiple clients simultaneously
• reputed company software experience required (QuickBooks experience preferred)
• Strong PC skills including reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration
• Restaurant industry experience preferred but not required
