Customer Support Specialist

Kymbre Taekni (OPC) Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring reputed company resolution of customer inquiries primarily through calls and chat channels. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will also have the opportunity to engage in cross-selling and up-selling activities. Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries reputed company calls and chats, promptly addressing customer questions and concerns.

• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates in any reputed company can also apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
