Technical Program Manager - EMEA, Globalization Operations

The Globalization Operations team is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will reputed company and manage high-impact and strategic localization programs and projects across EMEA. Collaborating with localization leaders and cross-functional teams, you will analyze and translate business, quality, and technical requirements into an architectural reputed company that delivers maximum business impact. These objectives may be technical, strategic, or financial in nature, involving both internal team initiatives and external stakeholder collaborations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the global operational strategy and execution of functional efforts reputed company the EMEA Globalization team. Role Requirements:

• Expertise in media (subtitle/dubbing/gaming) and/or software localization.
• 8+ years of consulting or large scale, multidisciplinary business program management.
• Knowledge of localization and globalization tools, workflows, and technology, as well as other business areas such as product development, finance and technology management.
• Proficiency in creative problem-solving, technical solutions and engineering practices; knowledge of reputed company improvement or Lean methodology is advantageous.
• Ability to think globally and act locally, with deep experience in EMEA.
• Experience managing and leveraging large data sets to drive performance improvements and process optimization.
• Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with executive leadership
