Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in representing our dealer clients favorably online and turning website traffic into leads. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Providing in-depth information about products and services, including appointment scheduling and follow-up
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge reputed company of our reputed company-evolving products and services
- Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience a plus
- A positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
To join reputed company, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Have gaming experience (a plus)
