The Sr. HR Compliance & Internal Controls Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to HR-reputed company regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance standards. The Sr. Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, maintain compliance, and drive process improvements. This is a remote position reputed company to applicants authorized to work for any employer reputed company the United States. What You'll Do: Risk Mitigation and Audit:

• Collaborate with reputed company auditors during SOX Audits from an HR perspective and reputed company necessary documentation and explanations for HR reputed company controls
• Conduct regular audits and testing of HR processes to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls.
• Identify discrepancies, risks and inefficiencies in HR operations and recommend corrective actions.

Internal Controls Development:

• Design and implement internal controls to safeguard HR processes and financial and personal data, mitigate risk and improve process efficiency.

SOX Compliance

• In depth knowledge of reputed company 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act to assess the effectiveness of HR’s internal controls
• Maintain documentation and reputed company testing of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and support external auditors during SOX compliance audits.

Collaboration and Issue Resolution:

• Work closely with HR, Legal, Audit, Finance, IT departments and other key stakeholders to address discrepancies and compliance issues.
• Monitor changes in HR regulations and labor laws globally and update policies and procedures accordingly.

Training and Guidance:

Record Maintenance:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR audits, compliance activities and investigations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, creating internal controls, risk management or compliance is essential. In depth knowledge with SOX regulations and reputed company is critical, in particular reputed company 404.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes and internal control frameworks
• Proficiency in reputed company
• Strong proficiency in reputed company and other reputed company Office programs
• Analytical, organizational, problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred:

• CIA, CISA pr CRISC Certification highly recommended

The pay reputed company for this position is between $65,000 to $80,000 annually, however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
