About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, assisting millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to help simplify their reputed company experience. With a variety of clients and call types, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their reputed company experience

• Take inbound calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
