The Role

As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to fans of the music industry. You'll be the go-to person for reputed company their questions and concerns, from purchasing merchandise to troubleshooting website issues. Our representatives play a vital role in helping fans navigate the music industry, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about music and dedicated to delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
• Identify high-risk customer situations and escalate them appropriately without hesitation

• Respond to and resolve reputed company issues in an appropriate timeframe
• Identify trends reputed company to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalate them appropriately to management

Qualifications

* A LOVE of music! The biggest artists we represent are in Pop and Country

• 3-5 years of call center chat experience required
• Technical experience strongly preferred, with experience in reputed company being a definite plus
• Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
• Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and a great understanding of text and chat acronyms
• Excellent grammar, but also know reputed company to use the lingo
• Previous work from home experience preferred
• Understanding of contact center support metrics and ability to implement actions for improvement
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Hardware/Software Requirements

* Your own computer with a processor of more than 4 cores

• 8GB of memory on reputed company 10 or higher / 10 64 bits
• Screen Resolution of 1280x768 or higher, with dual monitors required
• USB headset
• NO Chromebooks, iPads, MacBooks, netbooks, or any type of tablet (Must be a laptop or a desktop)
• Up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform and a recent reputed company completed
• Must be hardwired to the router
• Firewall must be enabled

Job Type

* Part-Time Call: Guaranteed 25 hours per week. May reputed company up to 40 hours per week based on client's needs and workflow

• Shifts vary between 9:00am-6:00pm EST. Shifts are typically between 4-8 hours long

Pay

* $18.00 per hour 1099 contract

* No Overnights, must be flexible, weekends may be required by the client
