Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be the face of reputed company, providing outstanding customer service to our passengers and airline customers. You will be responsible for checking in passengers and their luggage, handling customer concerns and complaints, and providing knowledgeable answers to inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions. You will also be responsible for making announcements at the reputed company or over the general PA system regarding flight activity and communicating with the ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors.
Key Responsibilities

- Patiently handle customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling
- Knowledgeably answer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and other questions as they arise

- Be responsible for reputed company flight movement messages between the reputed company, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors
- Collaborate with the ground handling team to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations

Qualifications
* Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership
- Have proficient computer skills
- Be at least 18 years of age and possess a High school diploma, GED or work experience equivalent
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (only required for some airports)
