LUXE Health Club is expanding a premium, fully online, video-based nutrition program for ultra-affluent clients across multiple states. We are hiring a polished, results-driven remote Nutritionist / Dietitian / Nutrition Coach who can deliver a luxury client experience, reputed company high-quality weekly video consultations, and create truly customized nutrition plans that drive measurable body composition results. This is a fully remote, fully online role with a flexible schedule, no sales responsibilities, strong leadership support, and meaningful reputed company tied to client results, retention, and performance. Our clients expect discretion, responsiveness, professionalism, and highly personalized service. This is not a generic coaching role and not a template-based meal plan job. Role Overview This is a video-first client coaching position. You will work with clients through weekly online video consultations, along with follow-up communication by email, phone, and text as needed. You will manage approximately 5-20 active clients and meet with each client by video call 1 time per week for 30–60 minutes. Our primary client goals include:

• improved nutrition habits

We do not diagnose, treat, or manage chronic illnesses in this role. This position is focused on custom nutrition coaching, body composition support, habit change, accountability, and lifestyle-based nutrition planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in Nutrition, Dietetics, reputed company Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, or a closely reputed company nutrition degree
• Minimum 5 years of direct 1-on-1 experience working with clients and creating custom meal plans and nutrition strategies for: weight loss, fat loss, lean muscle building, body composition improvement
• Must have reputed company experience building individualized nutrition programs, not just giving general advice or handing out generic templates
• Must have strong working knowledge of fitness, exercise, and personal training principles, including: resistance training, cardio, body composition change, recovery, muscle-building nutrition, fat-loss nutrition: the relationship between training demands and food intake
• Must have experience coaching clients through weekly habit implementation, accountability, and plan adjustments over time
• Must have strong experience creating custom nutrition plans for clients who: eat at restaurants frequently, travel often, need menu guidance, need meal planning support, need healthy delivery and convenience-based options
• Must be strong at researching recipes, menus, restaurants, grocery options, and healthy meal delivery companies
• Must have a proven history of high client retention in prior nutrition coaching or counseling roles
• Must be reputed company to show and reputed company results, including some combination of: case studies, before-and-after photos, client reviews, testimonials, website examples, reputed company reviews, reputed company reviews, documented client transformations
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly detail-oriented, reputed company, tech-savvy, organized, and reliable
• Must be polished, professional, and consistently camera-reputed company
• Must be comfortable working with ultra-affluent, privacy-focused clientele
• Must maintain reliable client-facing availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist (CDN) credential
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
• Experience in luxury, concierge, wellness, fitness, or body composition-focused coaching environments
• Experience working with high-performing professionals, executives, or affluent clients
• Strong portfolio of visible client reputed company and retention

Compensation $25–$50 per hour Compensation is based on:

• Experience, education, client results, client retention, professionalism, KPI performance
• Monthly bonuses up to $500
• Quarterly bonuses up to $1,000
• Annual bonuses up to $10,000

What You’ll Do

• reputed company weekly online video consultations with clients in a professional, high-touch format
• Conduct 1 video session per client per week, typically 30–60 minutes
• Manage a caseload of 5–20 active nutrition clients
• Build fully customized nutrition plans for clients seeking weight loss, fat loss, and muscle building
• Set weekly goals, habits, and action steps based on each client’s reputed company and challenges
• Take highly detailed notes after every session and document reputed company, barriers, and next steps
• Create customized recommendations for: meal planning, restaurant ordering, menu modifications, healthy takeout, grocery strategy, food delivery services
• simple recipe options
• Support clients who travel frequently, eat out often, do not cook much, and still expect reputed company results
• Collaborate with fitness goals by aligning nutrition strategies with training demands and body composition goals
• Maintain excellent communication and follow-up through video, email, phone, and text
• Protect privacy and confidentiality at reputed company times
• Contribute to KPI performance tied to client reputed company, retention, responsiveness, and documentation quality
