Key Responsibilities

As a Member Services Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Completing daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers
• Coordinating returns with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Working member cases and sports assigned
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage payments, multi-account deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions
• Reviewing, examining, and approving remote deposit, mobile, and ATM transactions
• Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member checks on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and legal fees

What You'll Need for reputed company

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
• Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills

• Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure situations
