Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent - Outbound/Inward Job Type: Full Time... Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM (Various shifts) Salary: $14.00 per hour Benefits: Available after 60 days for full-time employees Position Overview We are actively seeking motivated and customer-focused service representatives to join our expanding remote team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver outstanding customer service solutions daily to our esteemed clients. Your duties will involve making regular outbound calls for various programs and projects, accurately recording reputed company customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Conducting data entry and typing tasks Promoting and upselling products and services Scheduling appointments in a business-to-customer format Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of campaign products, services, and promotions Required Skills Clear, reputed company, and friendly voice Excellent interpersonal skills combined with active listening abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills reputed company computer skills and technological proficiency Sales experience is advantageous Qualifications Minimum of one year of call center experience, including familiarity with automatic dialers and call scripting (mandatory for remote candidates) Consistent attendance and punctuality Experience in an outbound calling environment is preferred High school diploma or GED required Work From Home Requirements Personal computer or laptop with reputed company 10 (reputed company/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible) Hard-wired high-speed internet reputed company (ethernet cable) USB-connected headset Webcam A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children
