Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Essential Job Functions

* Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.

• Communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing reputed company available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Exceed customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference.

Requirements

* Type a minimum of 25 WPM

• Proficient with reputed company Office programs (Outlook, Word)
• High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of mandatory training
• Customer service experience

Location and Hours

* Work from Home in Approved States

• 24/7 customer care with a variety of shift opportunities
