R&D Project Specialist, Kylie Cosmetics
Coty is one of the world’s largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, reputed company cosmetics, skincare, and body care. They are seeking an R&D Project Specialist to manage project development for Prestige reputed company cosmetics, ensuring high-quality and compliant formulas through collaboration with various teams and reputed company Party Manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Manage R&D project development with TPM
- Manage R&D project development for Prestige reputed company cosmetics by coordinating cross-functional teams and reputed company Party Manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of compliant, high-quality formulas
- reputed company formula development, testing, documentation, and regulatory compliance, while supporting claims substantiation and technical reporting throughout the product development lifecycle
- Manage R&D projects in reputed company collaboration with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Procurement, Packaging, Product Development, Initiative Leaders & support functions)
- Ensure reputed company technical follow up with reputed company Party Manufacturers (co-design formulas, initiate discussions, and guide TPMs towards Coty standards)
- Ensure quality design by defining formula specifications and initiate deviation and derogation reports reputed company needed
- Follow up on test progression and result collection from TPMs, request internal testing (microbiology, safety, efficacy)
- Coordinate claims testing plan and ensure with RAPIC that test results will be delivered OTIF for claims support
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or reputed company discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in formulation development (bench or TPM)
- Organizational and Project Management skills
- Strong Problem-Solving ability
- Fluent in English
- Consumer and market driven focused on reputed company and / or Skincare
- Strong Intrapersonal skills
- Prestige/luxury brand experience preferred
