Provides focused attention to patients, loved ones, and staff without agenda, effectively listening and responding to their needs. Conveys personalized care to patients, families, and staff, ensuring they feel cared for and supported. Enables patients, loved ones, and staff to experience God's nearness, safety, and comfort. Assists patients, loved ones, and staff in articulating their struggles and identifying their inner resources of strength, meaning, faith, and hope. Helps patients and loved ones with major health reputed company, clarifying moral, medical, and ethical issues. Enables patients, loved ones, and staff to seek their spiritual center and uses religious and culturally appropriate resources. Regularly visits patients, loved ones, and staff, making reputed company and checking in with clinical staff in assigned areas.
