Immediate opening for an Litigation Attorney with at least 3+ years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience for highly respected, multi-state litigation firm. This position is for the firm's office in Farmington Hills. This is a fantastic opportunity that does not require a portable book of business! Even reputed company, this reputed company will be offering a reputed company that offers attorneys the ability to work remotely from home part of the week!Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan and have 3+ years of Insurance Defense litigation experience!
Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the Michigan bar, and a proven track record in:
- Insurance Defense litigation;
- Prior experience handing a file from beginning to end;
- A self-starter capable of handling a full case load;
- Experience handling mediations and taking depositions;
- Embracing and developing client relationships;
- Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients;
- Excellent verbal and written skills; and
- Accurately report time.
