[Remote] HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist | BPO

They are seeking an HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist to support clients in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and payroll processing, acting as the primary contact for assigned clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR and payroll reputed company of contact for client accounts
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including variable pay or adjustments
• Manage employee lifecycle activities: reputed company, offboarding, changes in compensation, and status changes
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance across local/state regulations
• Support benefits administration (reputed company enrollment, new hires, terminations, status updates)
• Create and update HR documentation including SOPs, checklists, and templates
• Respond to employee HR/payroll inquiries and reputed company issue resolution
• Track time and attendance to ensure payroll accuracy
• Coordinate with finance, management, and external vendors as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing
• Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Understanding of payroll cycles, time tracking, deductions, garnishments, and final pay
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to interpret and apply HR and payroll policies accurately
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple clients
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll in the U.S
• Experience working in a BPO or consulting environment
• Knowledge of benefits admin processes (reputed company enrollment, qualifying life events)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfort working with checklists, documentation libraries, and SOPs
