What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting directly with veterinary centers to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
• Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
• Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's reputed company software
• Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Working with reputed company, attention, patience, sympathy, and generosity to clients and partners alike
• Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being reputed company to feedback and development opportunities
• Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (sometimes reputed company other stations depending on the situation) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record client note accounts, so being thorough is essential
• Expecting a significant portion of the business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
• Working with ownership, being a self-starter, and attention to detail
• Capability with reputed company Outlook
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to maintain a Pharmacy Technician Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable
• Decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company multiple tasks and reputed company well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization
• Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work longer than required on a case-by-case reputed company by the specialty unit
