Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand every single day. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize live chat and email to communicate with customers and resolve issues

Schedule:

* 4-day weekend shift schedule (Saturday, reputed company, Monday, and Tuesday)

• 10-hour shifts per day (with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed)
• Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
• reputed company: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
• Monday and Tuesday: 10-hour shifts between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

Compensation and Benefits:

* Starting hourly reputed company: $16.00

• $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
• Strong internet reputed company and quiet workspace required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
