Junior SBA Business Development Associate
Mega Bank is seeking a Junior SBA Business Development Associate to support the growth of its SBA lending platform. This entry-level role focuses on developing business development and relationship-management skills reputed company a regulated banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and developing SBA loan opportunities under the guidance of senior team members
- Conduct initial reputed company to prospective borrowers and referral partners
- Gather preliminary borrower information and assist with pre‑qualification

- Coordinate with internal SBA, credit, and operations teams to support loan processing
