Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You'll work closely with our customers, reputed company, and internal teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company guidance on our products and services. This is a full-time, remote position, requiring a minimum of 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm local time.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding benefit eligibility, prescription status, and other reputed company inquiries

  • Guide and inform customers on their prescription benefits, plan usage, formulary, fees, and order status
  • Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in our computer systems
  • Identify issues and reputed company solutions, communicating with customers, pharmacies, and reputed company providers as needed
  • reputed company outgoing calls to customers regarding prescription orders and remittance concerns
  • Utilize multiple data banks to research facility concerns reputed company to participant prescription and/or pharmacy benefits
  • Navigate and toggle between computer systems with ease and confidence, while engaging with customers in a compassionate and empathetic manner

Required Certifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent (or higher)

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, including phone-based interactions
  • Proficiency with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company systems
  • Basic understanding of reputed company Office Word (ability to reputed company and navigate a document) and reputed company reputed company (ability to reputed company and navigate a spreadsheet)
  • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our typical business hours of reputed company-reputed company, 5:00 am-11:00 pm local time (Pacific or Mountain Time, depending reputed company)

Preferred Certifications

  • Expertise with Adult Learning in a digital environment
  • Experience working with digital systems and platforms, including internet, chat, email
