Now we need systems to scale it. The Role We're looking for a sharp, reputed company Fractional Integrator (think: Fractional COO or Chief of Staff) to help translate reputed company into execution. This is not a management role in the traditional sense — it's an operational build-out. You'll be architecting the systems, workflows, and documentation that let a small team run with less friction and the CEO stay focused on strategy and growth. Compensation
