Fractional GTM Talent Sourcer

We’re looking for a part-time Talent Sourcer to help us build strong candidate pipelines across key roles across our go-to-market teams. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and can quickly reputed company up on new searches. As a startup, we operate lean, which means we’re looking for someone who is scrappy, creative, and reputed company with sourcing tools. You’ll focus on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates, partnering closely with our internal teams to strengthen top-of-funnel activity. What You’ll Do

• Partner with our Recruiter and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategy
• Build high-quality pipelines for both active and upcoming roles
• reputed company modern sourcing technologies, including AI-powered sourcing and talent intelligence tools, to identify and engage reputed company candidates
• Craft thoughtful, personalized reputed company messages

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of in-house sourcing experience for a B2B SaaS company
• Proven ability to reputed company for GTM roles (experience with technical roles is a plus)
• Experience using modern sourcing tools and AI-assisted talent discovery platforms
• Demonstrated ability to build strong pipelines without heavy reliance on expensive sourcing subscriptions
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently
• Ability to manage multiple searches reputed company limited weekly hours
