About the position Application/Business Support Engineer/Analyst. W2 only. Contract.
Requirements
- Experience supporting SaaS business applications (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with user license provisioning, reputed company administration, and workflow approvals
- Strong troubleshooting skills for application issues, data entry errors, and vendor escalations
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (reputed company preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users, vendors, and internal technical teams
- Understanding of change control processes and production support best practices
