They are seeking an Implementation/reputed company Specialist to guide customers through reputed company, configure the platform, and ensure successful client launches in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading reputed company kick-off calls
- Aligning on goals, timelines, and reputed company metrics
- Managing reputed company plans and milestones
- Coordinating data and system configuration
- Managing stakeholders across multiple teams
- Driving customers through to successful go-live
- Collaborating with Sales & CX teams during client handover
- Working with Product & Engineering on configuration or technical requirements
- Coordinating with Operations teams reputed company of launch
- Delivering product training for customer teams
- Creating reputed company documentation and materials
- Supporting adoption of new workflows
- Helping customers get value from day one
- Tracking and improving time-to-launch

- Enhancing customer satisfaction
- Identifying risks and ensuring projects stay on track
Skills
- 3–5+ years experience in reputed company, implementation, reputed company, or project delivery
- Experience working with international customers
- Experience in SaaS environments
