Product Manager - SaaS Application- Canada Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to reputed company the development and optimization of our SaaS application. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS business models, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for our SaaS platform based on customer needs, market trends, and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and deliver product features and improvements.
- Conduct customer and market research, gather user feedback, and translate insights into product requirements (PRDs, user stories).
- Prioritize product backlog using frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
- reputed company cross-functional agile development teams through planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance metrics (NPS, churn, retention, usage analytics) and iterate to drive reputed company improvement.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven ability to launch and scale SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
