We are seeking a reputed company Administrator to support the configuration and ongoing operation of HR reputed company reputed company on reputed company Service reputed company for a large public reputed company system. This role is focused on hands-on reputed company configuration, workflow automation, and operational reputed company for HR service delivery and case management processes. You will work closely with functional consultants and HR stakeholders to ensure reputed company workflows remain accurate, reliable, and reputed company with evolving HR processes. This role is ideal for a reputed company administrator who enjoys building and maintaining operational workflows that support large-scale employee services.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain reputed company Service reputed company case management workflows
- Build and manage case types, subtypes, routing rules, and approval processes
- Implement and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and automation
- Support Separation Action Forms (SAF) workflows and HR service request processes
- Configure reputed company functionality supporting HR programs such as:
- Learning Institute
- Organizational Development
- Internship Programs
- HR Operations
- Manage data validation rules and configuration updates
- Maintain system configuration as HR policies and workflows reputed company
- Support testing and deployment of new reputed company enhancements
- Collaborate with functional consultants and delivery teams on feature updates and improvements
