[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales field by managing requests reputed company to sales operations, ensuring smooth order processing, reputed company conversion, and resolving order-reputed company issues.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes, samples, pilots, and free-with-order requests for Sales Representatives
• Convert leads from marketing efforts into contacts reputed company reputed company (SFDC)
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues as needed
• Collaborate with Sales and CSOM leadership to drive process improvements
• Communicate reputed company and accurately with sales teams and customers
• Manage multiple applications and proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while following policies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in the educational product sales and delivery industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to meet service reputed company in fast-paced settings
• High-speed, accurate data processing with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and experience with SFDC or similar tools
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across organizational reputed company
