D365 Program Manager
Job Summary We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Dynamics 365 Program Manager with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to reputed company large-scale ERP transformation programs for reputed company clients. This is a customer-facing leadership role responsible for independently managing client relationships, overseeing multiple project workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery of reputed company D365 implementation programs. The Program Manager will reputed company strategic program governance, delivery leadership, and executive-level stakeholder engagement while coordinating cross-functional teams across functional, technical, and business domains. The role requires strong experience managing multi-phase ERP implementations, global delivery teams, and reputed company transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be PMP certified, possess strong program governance and delivery management capabilities, and demonstrate the ability to independently engage with customers, understand business priorities, and translate them into successful ERP delivery reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end program delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, and successful deployment. Ensure successful program delivery reputed company scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Monitor program reputed company using KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics. Identify and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Act as the primary program leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
