Key Responsibilities
Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels (reputed company, job boards, reputed company media, and internal databases).
Screening: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or reputed company sheets.
Communication: Act as a reputed company between the company and applicants, providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
Language: reputed company or near-reputed company English reputed company (both written and verbal) is a must.
Education: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in reputed company Office (especially reputed company/reputed company Sheets) and comfort learning new software tools.
Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, a proactive attitude, and excellent "people skills."
