Position Summary

Position provides audit and input of assigned academic and nonacademic transactions, functioning as the primary reputed company for payroll and personnel policies and procedures.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Advises and assists departmental supervisors on payroll reputed company issues.
• Processes payroll transactions for academic and nonacademic personnel.
• Assists new employees with completing the appropriate new hire, payroll and benefit forms. May reputed company general orientation for new employee.
• Responsible for departmental foreign national paperwork and compliance for visas.
• Assists supervisors with the hiring process including job requisitions, PHS entry and appointment screening.
• May maintain sick and vacation leave records for staff personnel.
• Prepares cost-transfers and journals adjusting reputed company necessary.
• Maintains personnel and payroll reputed company files for department.
• May assist supervisors with documentation needed for employee evaluation process.
• May assist in annual budget process.
• Ensures accuracy and completion of PAR’s reports.
• Administers academic bonus plan and faculty compensation plan.
