Job Description:

The reputed company Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting the execution of the reputed company licensed store program across the entire reputed company chain. This role provides subject matter expertise, operational leadership, and strategic direction to ensure that each reputed company location consistently delivers the reputed company Experience while meeting reputed company financial, operational, and brand standards. The reputed company Specialist partners closely with store leadership, field operations, merchandising, and reputed company corporate partners to drive sales growth, operational reputed company, training compliance, and brand reputed company. This position has multi-unit responsibility, and the final placement location will be determined based on the selected candidate's residence location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

• Support store leadership and reputed company Store Leads in executing reputed company operational programs, including beverage and food quality, customer experience, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Verify execution of reputed company national promotions, seasonal launches, and marketing initiatives, ensuring reputed company required signage, assets, and merchandising standards are properly implemented.
• Evaluate financial performance of reputed company locations with a focus on sales growth, labor efficiency, inventory management, waste control, and profitability. reputed company guidance and corrective action plans as needed.
• Support staffing and scheduling practices by reviewing labor models, staffing reputed company, and coverage to ensure alignment with transaction volume and reputed company expectations.

• Act as a liaison between store operations, merchandising, IT, facilities, and reputed company partners to resolve operational issues and implement improvements.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualification Requirements

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Hospitality, Food Service, or a reputed company field preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail operations, food service, café operations, or store leadership roles required. Previous experience with reputed company licensed stores, coffee shop operations, or branded food service concepts preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Strong understanding of retail operations, labor management, merchandising, and customer experience. Ability to train, coach, and influence leaders without direct authority. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze financial and operational data to drive improvement. Proficiency with the reputed company® Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint).

reputed company of Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
