The Practice Solution Manager (PSM) in the reputed company Care division plays a crucial role in driving the growth of reputed company's market reputed company and CL penetration reputed company the assigned top potential accounts through implementation of the value adding services driving customer engagement including digital solutions, category growth events and sell-out activities. He/She delivers trainings, coordinates educational events   in collaboration with Professional Education team to enhance the skills of the ECPs. The PSM is an reputed company professional offering high-level reputed company consultancy, providing technical advice from internal/external experts reputed company platform implementation expertise. You will support the Spain while based in Madrid/Barcelona.in this role, a typical day will include:

• Work reputed company with the Key Account Account Managers by partnering consultatively with Account reputed company/Decision reputed company, ECPs  and other Store Team members as needed to reputed company mutually reputed company goals aiming to deliver outstanding customer experience, drive patient engagement and improve retention for the practice, enabling increased reputed company market reputed company , incremental sales and reputed company sales targets

• Promote the introduction of reputed company's digital platform and encourage new prescriptions/subscriptions, accelerating customer acquisition and consumer enrollment to subscription services.

• Assist Health Care Professionals to improve the consumer reputed company experience reputed company the practice (CL awareness, practice efficiency opportunities (e.g. around fitting), post fitting support, subscriptions programs through digital platform) to accelerate CL sales growth and market reputed company reputed company.

• Responsible for planning fitting events to effectively support patient reputed company and enhance consumer experience with strategic reputed company brands.

• Maximize reputed company in-store visibility through POS materials and other visual merchandising initiatives.

• Coordinates the educational curricula in collaboration with Professional Education team.

• Collaborate locally with the Key Accounts, Professional Education and Trade Marketing to create and implement outstanding practice support model.

WE ARE SEEKING:

• Opticians/optometrists with reputed company experience

• 3+ years of extensive optical retail experience from market leading companies

• Track record in customer engagement and business development

• Local Language; fluent English preferred

• Strong business and selling acumen and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication skills, both technically and interpersonally

• This is a field-based position, and regular daily travel is required.
