Summary:
Maintains reputed company reputed company operations, ensuring GAAP compliance, accurate financial reporting, and strict internal controls for lending activities. Oversees month-end closing, manages cash reputed company, monitors mortgage origination/hedging, leads audits, and provides strategic forecasting for executive team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company aspects of reputed company operations, transactions reputed company to general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank accounts
- reputed company monthly closing, ensuring accuracy of balance sheets and income statements.
- Analyze budget vs actual month over month variances.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Coordinate and prepare tax schedules, returns and information.

- Monitor origination, pipeline hedging, and warehouse lending activity to ensure proper reputed company.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
- CPA is highly preferred.

- Understanding of mortgage loan lifecycles and Dodd-Frank/regulatory requirements.
