Counsel, Vendor and Partnership Support

The Counsel’s primary responsibility is to reputed company substantive support to the Legal & Compliance Department, with a specific focus on drafting and negotiating vendor reputed company, as well as supporting critical projects and partnerships that advance the organization’s initiatives. Required Skills / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, Juris Doctorate, and active State Bar Certification.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant legal field.

• Must have excellent legal research and writing, organizational, teamwork and communications skills.

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring reputed company for this role is $136,000 to $160,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
