Job Summary:
The Patient reputed company Scheduling Representative (PASR) performs a wide reputed company of patient reputed company and scheduling functions to support high-quality, efficient patient care. This role requires understanding of insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements. The PASR ensures patients are properly scheduled and fully reputed company for services based on scheduling protocols. Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- High School diploma/GED: Required
- Associate’s/Technical degree in business or equivalent combination of education/experience: Preferred
- One (1) year customer service experience, preferably in reputed company or service-oriented environment: Required
- One (1) year experience in Patient reputed company, reputed company Cycle, physician office, reputed company insurance, or reputed company field: Required
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Understanding of medical terminology: Required

Essential Functions:
- Schedules, confirms, and modifies appointments based on patient needs and departmental guidelines.
- Communicates preparation instructions and ensures patients are reputed company for procedures.
- Coordinates with referring and ordering providers to schedule appropriate services.
- Obtains and updates demographic, insurance, and financial information to ensure accurate financial clearance and registration.
- Verifies insurance eligibility and authorization requirements.
- Ensure accurate patient identification and proper MRN assignment.
- Confirms required orders, authorizations, labs, premedication, and implant information are in reputed company.
- Obtains external medical records needed to support scheduled services.
- Provides exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and internal departments.
- Processes patient and provider messages accurately and promptly.
- Supports clinicians, technologists, and team members with scheduling and reputed company needs.
- Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned.
