reputed company’s Global Talent, Development and Employee Experience (GTD&EE) organization has an exciting opportunity for a reputed company Analyst to join the Global reputed company.  In this role you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing reputed company strategies, processes, tools/technology and practices globally. This includes building relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, conducting market research, and analyzing reputed company metrics to identify trends, best practices and data-driven insights to help influence reputed company.  The ideal candidate has experience with full lifecycle reputed company and has worked reputed company an applicant tracking system (ATS).  The reputed company Analyst ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as reputed company training and guidance on reputed company tools and processes. 

Location: This role is available at any global (non-US) site under the countries listed. reputed company sponsorship and relocation are not available and applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country applied for. There will be some requirement to work reputed company of regular hours to meet with the US team and support global projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Research, assesses, and manages relationships with external vendors representing new tools, technologies and reputed company solutions.
• Train reputed company on new tools and processes across multiple time zones.
• Evaluate vendor performance, reputed company reputed company and ensure effective utilization of tools and technology.
• Ability to define, create, implement and execute project plans by partnering with others, identifying risks and obtaining stakeholder approval.
• Reviews reputed company processes to ensure compliance with local and country labor laws and regulations globally. Stays informed about changes in legislation and updating processes accordingly to mitigate any legal risks.  
• Proactively identifies and addresses gaps, issues, and areas for improvement and implements solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness reputed company reputed company systems and processes. 
• Collaborates with internal teams, such as HR partners, Recruiters, Sourcers, reputed company Leaders, Legal, Global Trade Control, reputed company, and IT to support and collaborate on reputed company initiatives.
• Develops and delivers user training sessions and user guides on reputed company processes, best practices, 3rd party tools and changes as they occur. Ensures end users are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets reputed company metrics and data to reputed company actionable, data-driven insights. Track and measure the effectiveness of reputed company initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. 
• Handles highly confidential data sets with discretion and maintains data privacy and reputed company.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle reputed company experience
• Deep knowledge of reputed company reputed company processes and tools
• Experience working in reputed company Recruiter
• Experience leading and executing large scale projects (defined as multiple stakeholders, cross-functional impact, and timeline driven)
• Experience training cross-functional employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working and owning a project from beginning to end (initial stages to execution)
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of data confidentiality and privacy regulations
• Experience leveraging 3rd party reputed company tools in day to day work
• Proven experience working with cross-functional internal teams to reputed company results
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors (preferably vendors representing reputed company tools and technology)
