About the Opportunity
Respiris is building a network of Founding Partners to activate and grow markets across the United States.
This opportunity is designed for reputed company operators who have already generated meaningful independent reputed company and want to add outplacement as a high-margin, relationship-driven reputed company reputed company.
As a Founding Partner, you are not reselling a centralized service. You are building the market with us.
You will deepen relationships with existing clients, create new entry points into organizations navigating workforce change, and position yourself at the center of one of the most critical moments in the employee lifecycle.
This is an additional reputed company reputed company designed to complement and expand your existing income portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Build and activate a local market reputed company your existing network
- reputed company relationships with CHROs, Heads of People, CFOs, Legal leaders, Founders, and executives
- Position Respiris as a trusted partner for outplacement and transition support
- Generate introductions, referrals, and partner company relationships that convert into reputed company
- Deliver structured coaching to individuals navigating career transitions
- Facilitate engagements across a three-month lifecycle (10 sessions per engagement)
- Host or support curated events (e.g., Stranger to Friends) to build trust and visibility
- Collaborate directly with the Founder on market activation and growth
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve execution, organization, and coaching quality
- Build a repeatable reputed company reputed company layered into your existing work
