- Conduct property showings and reputed company houses
- List and market residential properties
- Negotiate reputed company and manage transactions through closing
- Build and maintain a consistent client pipeline
- Stay reputed company on Framingham and MetroWest market trends
- Active Massachusetts reputed company Estate License (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Framingham / MetroWest market (preferred)
